The Opportunity As Residential Life Manager, you will lead Dwell's resident engagement and wellbeing strategy, helping us deliver exceptional student experiences that encourage connection, belonging and personal growth. Working alongside our Operations, Sales and Marketing teams, you will develop programmes, campaigns and initiatives that bring our communities to life and support students throughout their journey with Dwell. You will be the driving force behind creating environments where students feel safe, valued, engaged and empowered to thrive. How You'll Be The Difference You will: - Create and deliver an engaging resident experience strategy across the Dwell portfolio. - Develop meaningful programmes that promote wellbeing, inclusion, community and student success. - Lead a calendar of events, campaigns and initiatives that encourage residents to connect and build friendships. - Manage and enhance engagement through the Dwell App and other communication channels. - Use resident feedback and insight to continually improve the student experience. - Develop student ambassador and community leadership programmes. - Create opportunities for residents to give back, volunteer and positively impact their communities. - Build strong partnerships with universities, students' unions and local organisations. - Champion diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives across all properties. - Inspire site teams to create welcoming and vibrant communities where every student feels they belong. Who We're Looking For You'll be someone who genuinely cares about creating positive experiences for others and understands the impact a strong community can have on student wellbeing and success. You'll ideally have: - Experience within student accommodation, higher education, hospitality, residential living or community engagement. - A proven ability to develop and deliver engagement programmes, campaigns or community initiatives. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Strong organisational and project management ability. - Experience using data, feedback and resident insight to improve services. - A collaborative approach and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Energy, creativity and a genuine passion for supporting students.
