LTD.** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Resident Technical Officer (RTO – Building Services M&E) Location: Tuas Employment Type: Full-Time Commencement: ASAP Job Responsibilities Assist the Resident Engineer in daily site supervision and coordination of Building Services mechanical and electrical works. Inspect and supervise contractors' works and testing in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Maintain quality records and monitor and report on work progress. Carry out quality assurance inspections and testing of works. Implement the project's quality assurance plan in a coordinated manner. Coordinate with contractors on the execution and progress of works. Supervise both mechanical and electrical aspects of Building Services works. Monitor works relating to sanitary and plumbing, fire fighting, ACMV, electrical distribution, power generation, lighting, security systems, EVC, ISMS, ViMS, CCTV, FIDS, BACS, IBMS and other relevant systems. Report site issues, defects and non-compliances to the Resident Engineer and relevant parties. Requirements Registered as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) . Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections. Relevant experience in large infrastructure, solid waste management or water infrastructure projects in Singapore is preferred. Must be well-versed in Building Services mechanical and electrical works . Good knowledge of site supervision, inspections, testing and quality assurance requirements. Familiarity with BIM software will be an advantage. Able to commence work as soon as possible .
