Job Summary Supervise and inspect siteworks to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve site issues and support project completion. Responsibilities Supervise and inspect siteworks to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements Monitor workmanship, materials, project progress, and site safety to identify and report non-compliant works promptly Witness inspections and testing, maintaining clear and accurate site reports and records Coordinate with Resident Engineers (RE), Qualified Persons (QP), EPC contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site-related matters efficiently Monitor defects and oversee rectification work until satisfactory completion Support authority inspections, project handover, and other project-related duties Required competencies and certifications Hold IES/ACES accreditation as a Registered Technical Officer (RTO) or Qualified Site Supervisor with a valid practicing certificate Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Building Engineering, or related discipline from a recognized Polytechnic or University Demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant site supervision experience Apply knowledge of Singapore construction practices, government permitting, and statutory requirements effectively Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working with structural steel projects Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in English, both written and spoken LSWE manufactures and install a wide spectrum of steelworks for the onshore and offshore market locally in Singapore and internationally. From structures for high rise buildings, heavy roof trusses, link bridges, temporary strutting for the onshore sector to decompression pressure vessels for offshore diving and tanks for the offshore market. LSWE has an in-house design and engineering team comprised of qualified and certified engineers and experienced design draftspersons. LSWE skilled engineering team brings extensive knowledge for structural and pressure vessel design, material selection and manufacturing method to our design –build process. Projects will move swiftly through design, engineering, detailing and fabrication to ensure on-time delivery and within budget. Our in-house software includes: Solid Works, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures for drafting and detailing. PV Elite for vessel and heat exchanger design, analysis and evaluation to various codes (eg. ASME Section VIII Divisions 1 & 2, PD 5500, and EN 13445). Tekla Structural Designer and Prokon for structural steel design and analysis to various structural standards (eg. Euro Code) LSWE formed a Subsea Division in 2013 and was awarded its first contract in 2014 for the supply of a 300msw Saturation Diving System and Air Diving System, and successfully completed the contract in 2017, which also included the complete interface of the Saturation and Air Diving System into the Diving Support Vessel by LSWE. The personnel within the LSWE Subsea Division have more than 30 years’ experience within the Subsea Diving Industry and have designed and manufactured various Saturation Diving Systems both vessel integrated and Portable type systems, including integrated and portable Wet Bell Diving Systems, Air Diving Systems, Hyperbaric Reception facilities and containerised Life Support Packages. LSWE Subsea Division can also provide the following services: Redesign and upgrading of existing Saturation Diving Systems, both vessel integrated or modular systems in accordance with the required classification society and IMCA requirements. Refurbishment and Recertification of Diving Systems in accordance with the required classification society and IMCA requirements. Project Management of newbuild systems or System refurbishments. Consultancy Services to conduct Desktop Study’s on newbuild systems or existing systems in operation.
