# Resident Engineer - Tunneling in Agusan Del Sur **PDCMI** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, with minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience as a Civil Engineer, including minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in marine and reclamation projects. Has good working knowledge of mining and tunneling works. Knowledgeable of ASite, Sharepoint, MS Team and Microsoft Office Suite Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills. Detailed oriented Responsibilities Manage a team of technical supervisors on-site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and Employer’s Requirements Responsible for close coordination with the Proponent’s Management Team to ensure the planning, design and works execution of the Contractor and Consultant will be completed on time and within budget. Facilitate meetings with the Proponent to update on the progress and status of the project. Work closely with Contractor’s Management Team, Consultant’s Management, and local regulatory authorities. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the technical and contractual documents from the Contractor and Consultant. Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system. Monitoring of reclamation and geotechnical works, including identification of any non-conformance of the Contractor’s and Consultant’s work on site. Formulate recommendations for the Proponent for various technical, contractual and construction-related matters. Well versed with FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant & Design Build (2nd Edition 2017). Conduct regular check on the works of the Contractor to ensure compliance with health and work safety. Ensure Common Data Environment (CDE) is in place and the process is followed by all members of the project team.
