Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Lead the consultant site supervision team, monitoring all civil, structural, and architectural works against approved IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements. Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce stringent QA/QC procedures, review RFI/MIR/WIR submittals, inspect materials (DCL compliance), and enforce HSE standards on-site. Contractor Oversight: Review shop drawings, construction schedules, and progress billings; verify site variations and issue Engineer’s Instructions as needed. Authority Liaison: Maintain complete site compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, facilitating authority inspections and obtaining practical completion certification. Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly executive progress reports, risk logs, and technical memos for the Project Manager and client. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. 15+ years of total experience, with at least 8–10 years as a Resident Engineer under architectural/engineering consultancies in Dubai. Must hold an active Dubai Municipality (DM) registration card / G+Unrestricted license. Extensive experience in high-rise concrete structures, high-strength concrete testing (C70–C105), and site QA/QC. Excellent leadership, dispute resolution, and technical communication skills.
