The ideal candidate should have strong consultancy experience, with a minimum of 8 years as a Resident Engineer and proven experience working on Emaar projects. Key Requirements Minimum 15 years of overall engineering experience. Minimum 5 years as a Resident Engineer with a consultancy. Emaar project experience is mandatory. Strong experience in high-rise, luxury, mixed-use and large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of construction supervision, quality control and UAE regulations. Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors. Good knowledge of shop drawings, material approvals, method statements and technical submissions. Ability to monitor project progress, quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site supervision activities on behalf of the consultant. Monitor construction progress, quality and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders. Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documents. Conduct regular site inspections and address technical issues. Monitor schedules and identify potential delays or site concerns. Attend progress and technical meetings. Maintain project reports, records and documentation. Ensure works meet required quality, safety and time standards. Preferred Candidate: Candidates with strong consultancy experience and a proven track record in Emaar, high-rise and luxury developments will be preferred.
