The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, contractual compliance, and adherence to UAE regulations and quality standards. Eligibility: · Candidates must have experience working in Engineering consultancy firms. · Candidates must be available in UAE. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the construction supervision team, ensuring smooth project execution. Oversee post-contract construction activities, maintaining compliance with timelines, budgets, and specifications. Act as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Ensure strict adherence to contract terms, project specifications, and quality standards. Supervise site operations, enforcing quality control and regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities. Lead progress meetings to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution. Represent the company in high-level discussions, providing technical and contractual guidance. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. Excellent written and spoken English Proven experience in engineering consultancy and large-scale supervision projects. In-depth understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
