Resident Engineer

Job Requirement: Civil Resident Engineer / Project Manager

• Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience in the U.A.E, including a minimum of 2–3 years in Dubai .
• Background: Strong exposure to construction supervision, project coordination, and authority compliance within Dubai.
• Accreditatiomn: SOE and Dubai Municpality

Primary Role

Oversees the complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and coordination with all stakeholders, including authorities, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and variations; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, reports, and submissions.
• Conduct progress meetings and issue MOMs, action plans, and follow‑ups.
• Oversee procurement, material approvals, and cost control.
• Manage project documentation, correspondence, and communication through platforms such as Aconex, Asite, or BIM 360.
• Ensure timely project delivery and supervise final testing, commissioning, and handover.
