We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to support an enterprise infrastructure deployment and migration project involving multiple international outstation locations. Key Responsibilities - Deploy and administer HPE ProLiant servers - Install and manage HPE OneView - Install, configure, and administer Windows Server - Perform OS and data migration , backup/restore and controlled cutovers - Configure and support Arcserve Backup - Perform firmware, BIOS and hardware health checks - Coordinate rack & stack activities across approximately 20 locations - Support centralized infrastructure monitoring and management - Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide hyper-care support - Coordinate with Emirates IT, Security, Network, WINTEL, BAU, Stores, OEMs and third-party vendors - Manage RFCs, outage approvals, site access, implementation schedules and project documentation - Support printer migration and SCCM golden-image deployment - Perform DNS cache flush and validation on Infoblox DNS - Support Windows Server migration, including legacy-to-newer Windows Server environments - Coordinate decommissioning, asset management and disposal activities Required Technical Skills - HPE ProLiant Server deployment & administration - HPE DL360 Gen12 hardware - HPE OneView installation & management - Windows Server installation & administration - Windows Server 2025 - Arcserve Backup administration and restore operations - Firmware & BIOS upgrades - Data migration and cutover - Networking fundamentals: IP, DNS, VLAN, OOB - SCCM / OS golden-image deployment - Infoblox DNS - Monitoring and observability integration - ServiceNow ticketing - Technical documentation and reporting Experience Required - Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure deployment and enterprise system integration - Hands-on experience with OS and data migration - Experience with multi-site or global infrastructure rollouts - Strong customer coordination and communication skills - Experience in enterprise or mission-critical environments is preferred - Willingness to support planned migration windows and after-hours activities when required Important Eligibility Criteria Only candidates who meet the required technical experience and qualifications will be considered. Candidates must already have their own valid UAE visa / work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This is a full-time onsite role in Dubai , with coordination across international locations and different time zones.
