Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales and reservations, preferably in the UAE hospitality industry Manage and grow Leisure and Corporate business Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and key accounts Drive room sales, corporate contracts, group bookings, and leisure reservations Handle reservations, availability, rates, inventory, amendments, cancellations, and special requests Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and IDS software Excellent understanding of OTA platforms, direct bookings, online reservations, and distribution channels Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client accounts Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and booking agreements Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and business opportunities Work closely with the Front Office, Revenue, and Operations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue Experience in revenue optimization, rate management, and yield strategies is an advantage Strong sales, communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience and market standards Employment visa provided Opportunity to work with a professional hotel team Career growth opportunities Interested candidates can send their CV via WhatsApp: 055 152 5023 Join our team and play a key role in driving our hotel’s Leisure & Corporate sales, reservations, and revenue growth!
