Pick the one that fits you when you apply on our website: www.vase.ai/careers The role You help our clients get real, useful answers from their research. That means: - Guiding clients through research design, and checking or preparing their reports and data analysis - Helping clients in person, in writing and inside the app, so they can do research on their own - Building ways to track client happiness and giving quick, helpful support - Keeping good relationships with past and current clients, so we can help with their next project - Being the voice of the client with our other teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) and pushing their requests until they get done - Testing AI tools and prompts, and sharing feedback with our Product and Engineering team Which level are you? Junior (0-2 years in market research) - You learn fast and love details, especially when checking numbers - You help design surveys and analyse data, with support from senior teammates - You are curious about many industries (FMCG, telco, insurance...) - You are growing your confidence in presenting to clients Senior (5+ years in market research) - You lead studies from start to finish and tell clients the best approach, not just follow the brief - You turn data into clear insights and next steps, and check the work of others - You present to senior client stakeholders and handle the tough questions - You manage many projects at once and coach the junior team For both levels - Fluent English - Residence permit in Malaysia - Comfortable with AI tools (and excited to learn prompt engineering) - Good at writing clear guides and articles - Organised, calm when plans change, and quick to raise problems early Nice to have - Teaching or training experience - Research agency background - Experience with HubSpot or other research and data tools - Studies in quantitative research (qualitative is a bonus) - Malay and/or Mandarin What we offer - Hybrid work: 1 day in our Kuala Lumpur office, 4 days remote - Co-working space in Kuala Lumpur - Unlimited vacation days - Medical insurance (after probation) - Laptop and phone Hiring process - CV & Video Triage (Online) - Assessment (Online) - People Interview (Online) - Hiring Manager Interview (Online) - Company Interview (Face to Face - Kuala Lumpur) Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Benefits: - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur)
