This is a broad, hands-on role spanning all elements of client project delivery, from initial research design through to data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will work across a range of methodologies, including neuroscience lab-based research, online behavioural research, quantitative research, and eye-tracking studies. Full training will be provided across all methodologies. In addition to client work, you will contribute to internal R&D and new product development, making this an opportunity to develop skills across the full spectrum of consumer neuroscience research. You will work as the link between with the research director, data scientist and founders on a a team of 7–10 people. The role is primarily office-based in Dublin, with flexibility to work from home when needed. Key Responsibilities: Support the design and set-up of research studies across multiple methodologies Manage the recruitment process to find relevant participants to partake in studies. Programme surveys and experiment stimuli Assist with data collection, including in-lab neuroscience studies and eye-tracking fieldwork Assist with data analysis and contribute to the interpretation of findings Support the preparation of client deliverables and presentations Assist with internal R&D projects, gaining exposure to new product and methodology development Stay current with developments in consumer neuroscience, behavioural science, and research technology Skills & Experience: Essential Degree in psychology, neuroscience, marketing & market research, or a related discipline Solid analytical mindset with a basic grasp of data analysis principles Comfortable working with AI tools and large language models (LLMs) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Clear written and verbal communication skills The role requires occasional international travel; candidates must have the right to work in Ireland and be able to obtain relevant travel documentation as required. Beneficial Practical experience using AI tools beyond chat interfaces — such as agentic or coding tools, to automate tasks, process data, or build solutions.
