The role involves both technical and analytical tasks, depending on the organization. Key Responsibilities Research & Data Collection Conduct market, technical, scientific, or operational research Gather data from internal reports, surveys, databases, and external sources Review existing studies, trends, and industry developmentsData Analysis Analyze quantitative and qualitative data Identify patterns, trends, and insights Use tools such as Excel, statistical software, or data platforms Product / Process Support (R&D Function) Assist in developing new products, services, or solutions Support testing, experimentation, and validation processes Help evaluate feasibility and performance of new ideas Reporting & Documentation Prepare research reports, presentations, and summaries Present findings to managers, engineers, or stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation of research activities Collaboration Work with engineers, scientists, marketers, or business teams Participate in brainstorming and development meetings Support project teams in decision-making with data insights Continuous Improvement Recommend improvements based on research findings Monitor industry trends and competitor activities Suggest innovations or process enhancements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Research, Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficiency in MS Excel (often required), and optionally SQL, Python, or SPSS Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to handle data and interpret results Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
