Work closely with R&D and Operations teams under guidance from direct report and expert team. Key Accountabilities - Create and design raw meat cutting to meet customer requirements - Assist in process improvement projects in the plant to enhance reliability and reduce costs - Conduct trials and support development of raw meat products according to assigned plans - Prepare progress reports and assist in managing project budgets - Support customer-focused innovation projects under supervision - Help build a pipeline of new product ideas aligned with business opportunities - Assist Technical Services and Operations teams in solving product issues and providing product information to customers - Collect and record trial data and technical knowledge related to poultry meat for product improvement - Support cost reduction trials and process improvement initiatives - Monitor competitor information and technology trends; report findings to the manager Qualifications Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, or related field - 1-3 years in meat product development or processing - Basic knowledge of meat processing and food safety standards (HACCP) - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks - Good communication in English and teamwork skills
