Validates processes and establishes parameters for new and existing products. Assists in development projects, raw material qualification, and documentation. Coordinates with Production Managers to assess and improve processes. Develops cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives. Conducts risk assessments and process simulations. Designs, tests, and optimizes process upgrades. Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoots process issues and monitors system performance. Develops best practices, work instructions, and SOPs. Prepares and maintains process documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering course. Open to Fresh Graduates ; internship experience in the Manufacturing and/or Packaging Industry is an advantage. Willing to work in Silang, Cavite.
