At least 2 years of experience in the same position or 5 years of experience as a Manager. Experience in managing and developing an R&D team. Understanding of products, product applications, and R&D methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage R&D projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and achievement of targets. Collaborate with Production and Sales to ensure production efficiency, quality, and alignment with market needs. Lead the innovation, development, testing, and validation of products or services. Manage machinery/tools, technology risks, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Work Location: In person
