The role will focus on building modern reports and dashboards, as well as retrofitting, modernizing, and migrating existing reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker . The position will also involve creating a universal semantic layer and leveraging modern AI capabilities within reporting and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Looker, Python, and modern BI technologies , along with experience using AI-powered development solutions such as Claude Code to support dashboard development, data pipelines, visualizations, databases, and charts. Description of the Role & Responsibilities - Build and maintain reports and interactive dashboards. - Retrofit, modernize, and migrate reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker . - Develop and maintain a universal semantic layer . - Leverage modern AI capabilities available within reporting and BI tools. - Use AI development solutions such as Claude Code to build dashboards. - Work with data pipelines, databases, visualizations, and charts. - Develop data-driven reporting solutions using Python and modern BI technologies. - Support modernization of existing reporting and visualization solutions. Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience - 10+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data visualization, or related areas. - Strong hands-on experience with Tableau . - Looker experience is mandatory. - Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. - Experience with Claude Code , particularly for data pipelines, visualization, databases, and charts. - Strong Python skills. - Knowledge of modern BI and reporting technologies. - Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard development.
