You will work closely with IT Operations, Service Delivery teams, and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, analyze service performance, and provide actionable insights that drive operational improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards. Analyze data across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset Management, and CMDB processes. Monitor SLA compliance, ticket volumes, resolution times, backlog trends, and customer satisfaction metrics. Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analytics. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate reporting. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service improvement through data analysis. Prepare management reports, executive summaries, and operational performance dashboards. Support audit, governance, and compliance reporting activities. Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and KPI definitions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or ServiceNow reporting. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and metrics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Experience: ServiceNow administration, reporting, analytics: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
