Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple video feeds simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills (via WhatsApp and email) for clear and concise reporting. - Ability to produce accurate hourly reports, ensuring all key observations and anomalies are captured. - Basic proficiency in using CCTV monitoring systems. - Calm under pressure with the ability to assess situations and respond effectively to security threats or irregularities. - Prior experience in security monitoring, CCTV operations, or a similar field is preferred. - Reliable internet connection and access to a remote workstation (laptop/PC). - Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills. - Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently during shifts. - Willingness to work full-time, 7 days a week during evening hours (PST).
