Our team has supported work involving major national brands like Universal Music Group, BET, and Fashion Nova. About the Opportunity We are seeking experienced, self-motivated Digital Marketing Sales Representatives who can independently prospect for new business and sell comprehensive marketing solutions. This is a targeted commercial role for proven professional outbound closers. Selected contractors receive technical onboarding covering our platforms, audience channels, rate cards, and Pipedrive CRM workflows. Onboarding is strictly designed for platform orientation, not for teaching foundational sales or marketing fundamentals. While select company leads are provided, contractors must independently build and manage a qualified outbound pipeline. Compensation & Performance Incentive This is a performance-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed salary, base pay, or retainer. Projected Earnings: Typically $500–$4,500+ per month, depending entirely on performance. Commission Framework: Calculated on collected revenue from self-generated clients, assigned leads, and renewals. $500 Bonus: An additional Performance Incentive is available each cycle upon meeting activity and revenue targets. Schedule: The sales cycle runs monthly (22nd to the 21st), with verified payouts on the last Friday of the following month. Key Responsibilities - Independently identify, research, and qualify prospective clients. - Generate business through cold calling, personalized email, social selling, networking, referrals, business directories, LinkedIn, Instagram, company websites, and other appropriate sources. - Conduct virtual discovery calls, sales presentations, and client consultations. - Evaluate marketing goals, target audiences, and promotional needs. - Recommend relevant digital advertising, sponsorship, social-media, branded-content, and promotional solutions. - Explain reach, impressions, engagement, audience demographics, clicks, conversions, campaign deliverables, and potential business value. - Present and obtain signatures on company-approved Sales Agreements. - Refrain from modifying approved pricing or contractual terms without authorization. - Negotiate and close new and returning-client business. - Maintain accurate Pipedrive records and follow up consistently throughout the sales process. - Collaborate with MGM’s marketing and campaign teams after deals are completed. - Identify appropriate renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements Experience Scale: At least two years of direct digital marketing, media, or branded-content consultative sales experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in business or marketing is a plus. Pipeline Management: Proven ability to independently identify prospects and manage a performance-driven CRM pipeline. Outbound Fluency: Strong cold-calling, cold-emailing, social-selling, virtual presentation, and closing skills. Industry Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of audience targeting and digital advertising metrics (reach, impressions, conversions). Contractor Status & Location Restrictions Contractors determine their own hours and methods, and must provide their own computer, phone, and internet access. No employee benefits, paid time off, or guaranteed minimum wages are provided. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Due to 1099 classification rules, applicants must not reside in or plan to perform services from California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, or Oregon.
