You'll speak with households who have already expressed interest in coverage, learn what they're looking for, and help them determine which options make sense for their situation. This is a commission-based client advisory role with warm leads, training, coaching, and the tools to support you along the way. You'll manage the client conversation, follow through on opportunities, and have the support of an experienced team as you build your results. In This Role Work with interested households throughout the process Assess priorities, budgets, and existing coverage during each conversation Present appropriate options and explain key differences Address questions and concerns with confidence Recommend solutions that align with the client's situation Manage follow-up with prospects who need additional information Who This Suits Naturally comfortable building rapport with new people Able to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and lead a conversation Comfortable explaining financial or coverage topics in straightforward language Persistent without being overly aggressive Takes management of individual results and follows through Open to coaching and committed to improving What We Provide Warm leads from people who have already expressed interest Product and sales training before you begin Ongoing coaching and experienced team support Flexible scheduling built around your own family commitments each week CRM, quoting, and communication tools Pay tied directly to what you produce, plus bonuses Pay: $82,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Work Location: Remote
