What is a Relief role? A Relief role gives you flexibility. You can choose when you work You can work around other commitments We will work together to find hours that suit you What will I do? As an Inclusion Consultant, you will help us make sure the voices of people with a learning disability are heard. You will: Help with staff recruitment and interviews Be part of interview panels Ask interview candidates questions Share your thoughts about who would be a good fit for the role Attend staff events and meetings Help with projects that make Mencap Training Academy a more inclusive place to work What skills do I need? You do not need lots of experience. We are looking for someone who: Has a learning disability Enjoys meeting and talking to people Is happy to share their opinions and ideas Wants to help make things better for people with a learning disability Can work as part of a team Why join us?
