About the role:

We’re looking for a commercially driven Team Lead to manage a small team of Relationship Managers and drive client, revenue and portfolio results. You’ll own the team’s day-to-day performance across the full client lifecycle, from converting qualified leads through to portfolio growth, retention and reactivation. Hiring is open for Arabic-speaking and Hindi-speaking markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop a small team of Relationship Managers, owning day-to-day performance against commercial targets
• Drive the full client lifecycle, from lead conversion and activation through to portfolio growth, retention and reactivation
• Step in on high-value conversions, complex client conversations and team-level escalations
• Coach the team on account planning, commercial conversations and growing deposits and trading activity
• Track team KPIs, keep CRM discipline tight, and report performance and insights to management
• Work closely with Customer Service, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Payments and Compliance
• Where applicable, manage your own client portfolio and personal commercial targets

What we’re looking for

• 6–8 years in relationship management or sales within a CFD/FX brokerage or similar, including experience leading or coaching a team
• A proven track record against conversion, deposit, revenue or portfolio-growth targets
• Strong knowledge of FX/CFD markets, trading products and the brokerage client lifecycle
• Confident with CRM and sales-management platforms, with strong reporting and analytical skills
• Fluent English plus Arabic OR Hindi, spoken and written
• Dubai based
