Job Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively hunt and solicit new business opportunities among Mainland Chinese enterprise clients expanding into Southeast Asia (SEA), driving portfolio growth and revenue target delivery. Structured Finance & Sinosure Solutions: Originate, structure, and execute comprehensive corporate banking solutions, specializing in Sinosure-backed trade finance, cross-border syndicated loans, structured finance, and treasury cross-selling. Credit Analysis & Risk Assessment: Perform rigorous credit due diligence, negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and collateral requirements under bank risk guidelines, ensuring optimal asset quality and credit proposal accuracy. Portfolio & Credit Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate credit risks across the corporate portfolio through timely credit reviews, stress testing, and ongoing monitoring of cross-border exposures. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of solid corporate banking sales/relationship management experience, with a proven hunter track record in new client acquisition. Practical experience in structuring Sinosure-covered financing and supporting Mainland enterprises' outbound business (particularly into Southeast Asian markets) is highly preferred. Demonstrated track record with SOEs, POEs, and Mainland Outbound Corporates Sound knowledge of trade finance, syndicated loans, structured finance, and commercial loan products, supported by formal credit analysis training. Qualification under the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Credit Risk Management is a plus. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a self-motivated mindset. Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is mandatory). Occasional overseas trips required: Travel to regional factories and overseas client sites (including Mainland China, Southeast Asia etc.) to oversee and support client meetings.
