Role Description This role is expected to perform the following tasks: Produce committed level of revenues by generating new loan accounts, expanding existing loan portfolio and cross selling other bank products / services to targeted corporate customers. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate/mid-market/medium enterprise segments of companies across all sectors. Loans/deposits origination. Ensure customer service is provided, and maximum profitability is achieved, while maintaining the quality standards of the bank. Comply with all internal policies, procedures, credit manual, KYC policy as well as the relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications: Graduate of any business-related course At least 3 years of relationship management experience within the corporate or commercial banking space with strong origination/business development skills preferably within Corporate/SME/Middle market Ability to speak the Chinese language is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Financial analysis and portfolio management skills Sales and negotiation skills Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Ortigas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Relationship management: 3 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
