The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, proven industry expertise, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Promote and sell the company's off-plan properties. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure . - Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable property investment opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders . - Monitor sales performance and KPIs and provide regular reports to the Head of Sales. - Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations. - Participate in property launches, events, and client meetings. - Identify new sales opportunities and support business development. - Conduct property presentations, meetings, and project briefings for clients and brokers. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. - 5–7 years of Dubai real estate sales experience , including 2–3 years in a managerial/team-lead role . - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Good knowledge of Dubai real estate and RERA regulations. - Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. - Fluent in English and at least one of: Russian, French, Arabic, Hindi or Urdu. Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Work Location: In person
