You'll work full time from the office, focusing on motor insurance while supporting agent-driven sales across life and health products. What you'll do You'll recruit and onboard insurance agents into the agency channel. You'll drive sales of motor insurance, and support life and health insurance sales through your agent network. You'll build and manage a productive agent network, ensuring agents are engaged and performing. You'll work toward and achieve business and revenue targets for your territory. What we're looking for Experience in motor insurance is preferred. You'll be comfortable engaging with agents, guiding them through onboarding and sales activities. You'll be target-driven, a clear communicator, and able to manage relationships consistently. You'll be available to work from the Begumpet office on a full-time basis.
