The role shall review consumer-facing practices, products, services, disclosures, customer journeys, and complaint outcomes; identifies risks of consumer harm; coordinates corrective and preventive actions; and helps ensure fair treatment, transparency, protection of consumer assets and information, and timely complaint redress across covered businesses. Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitors consumer protection compliance and key risk indicators; identify gaps, emerging risks, and areas of potential consumer harm, and recommends appropriate actions. - Reviews products, services, customer journeys, disclosures, and marketing materials for consumer protection risks and potential adverse consumer impact. - Maintains policies, procedures, registers, evidence files, and regulatory updates relating to consumer protection. - Participates in product, process, incident, or third-party reviews involving material consumer impact. - Conducts awareness sessions and provide advisory support on fair treatment, disclosure, complaint redress, and prevention of consumer harm. - Identifies and assess emerging consumer protection risks of new products, digital channels, business practices, regulations, and material operational changes. - Monitors trends and recurring issues affecting consumers and recommends preventive measures to address emerging consumer protection risks. Qualifications: - Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Legal Management - At least three (3) years of work-related experience in consumer protection, regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance or complaint management preferably in financial services industry - Willing to work in Makati
