# Regulatory Officer **ICHIJI Foods Corporation** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Regulatory Officer to manage and coordinate the company’s regulatory and product compliance requirements. The position will handle FDA registration, Certificate of Product Registration (CPR), License to Operate (LTO), GS1 registration and barcodes, Philippine Standards, product labeling, and other regulatory requirements applicable to food products and company operations. The Regulatory Officer will work closely with the Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Production, Purchasing, Marketing, and other departments to ensure that products and company operations comply with applicable regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Process, monitor, and maintain FDA License to Operate (LTO) and other applicable company licenses and registrations. Process and monitor Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) applications, renewals, amendments, and related FDA requirements. Prepare and organize documents required for FDA submissions and other regulatory applications. Coordinate with FDA and other government regulatory agencies regarding applications, inquiries, deficiencies, and compliance requirements. Monitor the status and expiration dates of CPRs, LTOs, permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents. Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Research & Development (R&D) Departments regarding product registration and compliance requirements. Review product labels and packaging materials for compliance with applicable labeling and regulatory requirements. Coordinate GS1 Philippines registration, company prefix requirements, product identification, and barcode applications. Manage and maintain product barcode records and ensure proper assignment and documentation. Assist in securing and maintaining applicable Philippine Standards (PNS) and other product standards or certifications. Monitor regulatory requirements related to food products, ingredients, packaging, labeling, claims, and product specifications. Assist in product registration and regulatory assessment for new and existing products. Review technical and supporting documents such as product specifications, certificates, laboratory results, labels, and other regulatory documents. Monitor changes in FDA regulations, Philippine Standards, labeling requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines. Maintain an updated regulatory database and organized filing system for all products and compliance documents. Prepare regulatory reports, trackers, applications, letters, and other required documentation. Coordinate with external laboratories, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory service providers when necessary. Assist during regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance activities. Ensure that regulatory deficiencies and findings are properly addressed and documented. Provide regular updates to management regarding regulatory applications, pending requirements, product registrations, and compliance status. Perform other regulatory and compliance-related duties assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Quality Management, or a related field . At least 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, QA, FDA registration, or food industry compliance . Experience in FDA CPR and LTO processing is highly preferred. Familiarity with GS1 Philippines and product barcode registration . Knowledge of Philippine food labeling requirements and Philippine Standards (PNS) . Experience working with QA, R&D, product development, or food manufacturing is an advantage. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments and government agencies. Willing to conduct fieldwork and attend regulatory meetings or transactions when required.
