The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. Join us in shaping the future generation through quality education and compassionate teaching practices. Requirements: Must be living in Peel Region Must be willing to travel to visit Agency daycare locations in Peel Region. Not a student Does not require sponsorship or LMIA/ONIP support Degree in Early Childhood Education Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE) 5+ years of experience working in a childcare setting Strong demonstrated ECE knowledge Knowledge of developing and implementing age-appropriate activities for children from infant to kindergarten age Teamwork Skills Communication skills, ability to express self well, confident Mentoring/Coaching – the ability to give feedback constructively Interpersonal skills – can interact with others in an encouraging way and can work in a team Organizational skills – very detailed, has methods to stay organized Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule Education: DCS / DEC (preferred) Work Location: In person
