Regional Visual Manager

Due to our dynamic growth in Ukraine, we are inviting an Expansion Manager (lease search, network development) to join our team.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in retail and network development
• Willingness to travel within Ukraine
• Knowledge of English or Polish is a plus.
• Proactive, results-oriented, flexible, and skilled in negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

Conducting detailed market analysis to identify potential locations for new stores.

Studying the characteristics of the target audience and competitors in the selected market.

Location Selection Strategy:

Identifying optimal locations for new stores, taking into account population density, purchasing activity, and other factors.

Assessing the risks and opportunities of each location.

Business Plan:

Developing a detailed business plan for each new store, including costs for rent, advertising, renovations, and staff.

Estimating the timeline for the full launch of each store.

Financial Analysis:

Forecasting potential revenues and expenses for each store.

Determining the payback period and profitability metrics.

Organizing store opening processes:

Ensuring coordination between departments for the effective opening of new stores, including logistics, marketing, and staffing.

Negotiating with landlords, securing favorable lease terms, and handling contractual matters.
