Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client meetings, tenders, and solution-based selling. Collaborate with operations and solutions design teams to develop tailored logistics proposals based on customer needs. Respond to RFQs and RFPs in a timely and strategic manner, ensuring proposals are both competitive and operationally feasible. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management. Stay updated on market trends, customer industries, and competitor offerings to refine strategy and approach. Work closely with cross-functional departments (operations, finance, IT) to ensure smooth solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
