Industries preferred: · HVAC / Capital goods / Pumps /Heat Exchangers/ Cooling towers/ Industrial equipment’s Desired: · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA could be an advantage. · 5 to 10 years of experience with 3-5yrs in a people leading role. · Proven track record of achieving business growth · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to travel within the region as required. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage a team of 3 members to ensure the successful execution of business strategies and achievement of regional targets. · To handle sales activities of all Products of Werner Finley which includes oil, coolant and water chillers for process cooling. · To lead and mentor a team size of 3 sales personnel based in Karnataka · Develop and implement regional business plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth strategies. · To ensure high customer satisfaction with timely response on delivery of products and service · Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer feedback promptly. · Foster a culture of high performance and accountability through effective leadership, coaching, and development of team members.
