Manage supplier performance, pricing, quality, and issue resolution. Plan purchasing needs based on demand forecasts and inventory levels. Monitor inventory to prevent stock shortages and excesses. Review supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies. Handle supplier returns, claims, and quality concerns. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted supply. Analyze procurement and inventory data to drive improvements. Escalate critical supplier and supply chain issues as needed. Support procurement initiatives and regional operations. Maintain supplier relationships and ensure policy compliance. Travel as required to stores, suppliers, and warehouses. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 5 years of proven experience in regional purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a multi-site food retail environment. 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a multi-site food retail environment. Strong knowledge of supplier management, procurement planning, and inventory control. Experience in product quality evaluation and supplier coordination. Ability to manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover across the region. Strong understanding of pricing strategies, cost management, and market trends. Experience in invoice verification and resolving billing discrepancies with suppliers. Ability to manage returns, claims, and supplier-related concerns efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling product, pricing, and supply issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify and escalate regional supply, pricing, or contract-related concerns. Experience in participating in cross-functional and regional management meetings. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required. Must have experience in Large-scale Food Retail industry.
