Regional Operations Manager - Pallet Recycling & Reverse Logistics

Location: Atlanta, GA Salary: $120,000-$140,000/year

Radius Recycling is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead our Total Pallet Management (TPM) operations across multiple sites within an assigned region.

In this role, you will oversee third-party pallet recycling and reverse logistics operations, drive operational performance, manage site profitability, and partner with local leadership teams to improve efficiency, safety, and results.

This position requires extensive travel throughout the assigned region and is ideal for an experienced pallet industry leader who understands pallet markets, pricing, supplier networks, and multi-site operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead operational performance across multiple TPM locations
• Oversee third-party site operations and contractors
• Manage P&L performance for assigned facilities
• Evaluate operational efficiency and implement improvement plans
• Support productivity, equipment uptime, and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with customer leaders and third-party managers
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and operational guidance across the region
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies

What We're Looking For

• 8-10 years of Total Pallet Management (TPM) and pallet industry experience
• Strong knowledge of pallet markets, pricing, and provider networks
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Multi-site operations experience
• P&L management experience
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Valid driver's license
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required

Work Environment

• Frequent travel throughout the assigned region

• Exposure to varying weather conditions, industrial equipment, and noise
• PPE required at operating locations
• Physical activity may include walking, standing, climbing, lifting, and facility inspections
