Pro Quality Cleaning is seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead and develop our operational management teams across multiple branch locations. We are a commercial cleaning/janitorial company with operations spanning South Central PA to Southeastern PA and Central VA with offices in Mechanicsburg, PA; York, PA; Exton, PA; and Waynesboro, VA. We aren't simply looking for someone to manage daily operations. We're looking for an exceptional leader who develops people, builds accountability, solves problems with urgency, and takes ownership of results. This is a key leadership position offering significant autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's success. Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and develop Branch Operations Managers and Area Managers to build high-performing teams. - Establish clear expectations, promote accountability, and ensure consistent follow-through. - Oversee multiple branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, employee retention, and profitability. - Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges with urgency and sound judgment. - Monitor labor budgets, staffing, service quality, and key performance indicators. - Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of concerns. - Foster a positive, people-focused culture that encourages employee engagement and professional growth. - Lead by example through regular field visits, including evening operations as needed. What We're Looking For - Proven leadership experience managing supervisors, managers, or multiple operational teams. - Demonstrated ability to develop people, establish accountability, and achieve measurable results. - Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and personal responsibility. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. - Experience managing operational budgets, staffing, and performance expectations. - Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and follow through on commitments. - High integrity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between branch locations. Commercial cleaning experience is NOT required. We value exceptional leadership ability over industry-specific experience.
