Regional Manager - Careclinics Healthcare Services Sdn Bhd
1. Leadership and Team Management: · Lead and motivate a team of clinical staff, including administrative personnel, and support staff. · Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize team productivity and effectiveness. · Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional development. 2. Sales and Revenue Growth · Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. · Drive revenue and profitability by identifying market opportunities and operational efficiencies. · Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions when necessary. 3. Customer Service · Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns promptly. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare providers in the region. · Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints · Build long-term relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and healthcare professionals. 4. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs · Ensure adherence to MOH regulations, MSQH standards, and all relevant legal and industry requirements. · Oversee internal audits and quality assurance processes. · Oversee and maintain necessary clinic licensing and certifications. 5. Financial Management · Develop and manage the branch budget, including expense control and revenue forecasting. · Monitor financial performance, analyze financial reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability. 6. Reporting and Analysis · Submit timely reports on operational performance, sales metrics, and compliance. · Use data-driven insights to propose improvements in patient care, cost management, and service efficiency. 7. Departmental Collaboration · Collaborate with other departments to understand their specific needs and goals. · Provide support to other departments in implementing and executing their respective strategies. · Act as a liaison between clinic operations and other departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives. · Monitor the progress of projects and initiatives in other departments and help when obstacles arise. · Ensure that the integration of clinic services with other departments is seamless and efficient. 8. Resuscitation and Turnaround of ICU Clinics · Perform in-depth assessments of underperforming ICU clinics to identify root causes of issues. · Develop and execute comprehensive turnaround plans for struggling clinics, including staff training, process improvement, and resource allocation. · Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targeted improvements. · Submit and present monthly progress reports to the management on action plans. 9. Others · To adhere and complete any other tasks or assignments that has be shared with by your superiors. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or any related field. Preferably with medical or healthcare background. · Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multi-site clinic environment. · In-depth knowledge of Malaysian healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., MOH, MSQH). · Proven leadership and team management skills. · Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with clinic systems is an added advantage. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · High adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced healthcare settings. Other Requirements · Willingness to travel within assigned region (up to 70% of work time). · Possess own transportation. · Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or after hours as needed.
