LTD.** · Bugis · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Role Overview: This role collaborates closely with Location Managers, Country HR teams, and the HR Business Partner to ensure seamless execution of HR programs, policies, and processes aligned with business requirements and Head Office guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR & Business Support: Assist Location Managers and Country HR teams with strategies, ensure alignment with global policies and local labor laws, and support manpower planning reviews and reporting. Talent & Recruitment Support: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment (postings, screening, interviews, background checks) and support regional employer branding. Employee Engagement & Relations: Support engagement surveys, focus groups, change management, and serve as the initial HR contact for employee inquiries. Compensation, Benefits & L&D: Support annual performance appraisals, salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, and coordinate training initiatives. HR Administration & Compliance: Prepare HR reports/dashboards, maintain records, support Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and CSR audit preparations, and monitor workplace safety compliance. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent diploma with strong HR experience). 3+ years of relevant HR experience within generalist or multi-functional multinational/fast-paced settings. Solid grasp of HR fundamentals, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and HRIS/ATS/MS Office proficiency. High standards of confidentiality and professional ethics. Nice-to-Have: Professional HR certifications (IHRP, CIPD, SHRM), regional multi-country coordination experience, and background in CSR compliance or L&D support.
