Regional Housekeeping Manager

About the role

This is a strategic leadership role overseeing Housekeeping operations across multiple hotels operated by renowned international hospitality brands. You will set the direction for Housekeeping, drive consistent standards across properties and work closely with clients and senior management on a day-to-day basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Housekeeping strategy, standards and SOPs across all properties
• Act as the main Housekeeping point of contact for clients and senior management, with daily engagement
• Lead, coach and develop property Housekeeping teams and leaders
• Plan and oversee training and development programmes for all levels, from Housekeeping staff to supervisors and managers
• Drive operational efficiency, manpower planning, productivity and cost control
• Ensure compliance with international brand standards, health and safety requirements and company policies
• Identify talent, support career progression and build succession for key roles
• Look after staff welfare, including workload, accommodation, transport and wellbeing, working closely with HR
• Promote a culture of integrity, respect and open communication, and make sure staff concerns are heard and addressed
• Lead daily briefings, quality audits, inspections and performance reviews across properties
• Drive staff engagement and recognition programmes to motivate and retain the team
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and MIS reports on quality, productivity, manpower, cost and compliance
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients and senior management
• Lead continuous improvement and support the mobilisation of new hospitality projects

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall Housekeeping experience in five-star hotels (Mandatory)
• At least 6 years in a Housekeeping Manager role in a five-star property (Mandatory)
• Proven experience managing multiple properties or large-scale operations
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging at senior and client level
• Good working knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera PMS and housekeeping or service request platforms
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience managing dashboards
• Sound knowledge of international brand standards and UAE labour requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (
