Regional Facilities Manager
We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join our Infrastructure & Facilities Management Team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in Sydney, you will support a portfolio of campuses across the region and work closely with the Australian Regional Support Office team. In this role, you will lead facilities operations, asset management and maintenance strategies that ensure our campuses remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. Working closely with campus leaders and regional stakeholders, you will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the environments where students learn and staff thrive. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will: Lead facilities operations across a multi-site campus portfolio. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs. Manage contractor and service provider performance. Support asset lifecycle planning and capital renewal priorities. Ensure facilities compliance, safety and operational standards are maintained. Monitor facilities budgets and maintenance expenditure. Drive continuous improvement across facilities and asset management practices. Partner with campus leaders to deliver safe, effective and well-maintained learning environments. Uphold and model OneSchool Global's values and ethos. About You You are an experienced facilities professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering high standards across a diverse portfolio. You will bring: Experience in facilities, property or asset management, ideally across multiple sites. Strong contractor, compliance and service delivery management experience. Sound financial and budget management skills. The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver practical outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence. Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Engineering, Asset Management or a related discipline.
