This executive will oversee regional performance, develop senior leadership teams, and ensure alignment with the company’s overall business strategy. Responsibilities - Lead regional business strategy, operations, and performance. - Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. - Oversee regional P&L, budgets, forecasts, and business plans. - Lead and develop senior management and regional leadership teams. - Build relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence. - Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. - Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives. - Monitor regional KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed. - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications - 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in regional management, operations, business development, sales, or general management. - Proven experience managing P&L and geographically distributed teams. - Demonstrated success in revenue growth and operational performance. - Strong strategic planning, financial, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Excellent executive communication and leadership abilities. - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Preferred Experience - Previous experience as a Regional President, EVP, SVP, COO, or General Manager. - Experience managing multiple business units or locations. - Experience with market expansion, organizational transformation, or M&A. - Experience working directly with C-suite executives or Boards of Directors.
