Regional E-Commerce Director (8 month contract)

Our Client

RevUp Consulting is partnering with an international personal care company with a portfolio of skincare and haircare brands. Our client is looking for a Regional Digital Director to lead its e-commerce business across six Southeast Asian markets during an eight-month maternity cover.

Our Role

Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Marketing for Personal Care, you’ll work with six local e-commerce teams to grow online sales, gain market share and improve profitability. You’ll also work with regional brand teams in Singapore and global counterparts in Japan on selected projects.

Set priorities across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and retailers’ own websites, and work with country teams to adapt pricing and campaigns to local shopping habits.

Manage the regional e-commerce budget. Use sales, margin and campaign data to decide where to invest, which promotions to adjust and where better trade terms could improve profitability.

Lead the development of campaign and launch materials that local teams can adapt. Improve how shoppers discover, compare and choose products on each platform.

Pilot new approaches to social commerce and AI-powered product discovery, then use the results to decide what to roll out across markets.

Ideal Talent

Regional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or commercial strategy, including experience leading digital commerce across Southeast Asia

A background in FMCG, particularly beauty or personal care, is preferred.
