We are looking for a Regional Director of Partner Success in St. Louis Responsibilities: - Conduct warm calling to potential post-acute care facilities to generate new business leads - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the post-acute care industry - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and help troubleshoot any issues with facilities - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred - Experience working in the post-acute care setting preferred - Proven experience in sales or account management preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you have a passion for working in the long-term care industry and mental health, we would love to hear from you.
