This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role. You will develop site leaders, drive membership and wash revenue, protect the guest experience, and run a tight P&L — with support from ownership and a clear path as we open new locations. What you’ll own Multi-site operations across Brockton, Haverhill, and future Greater Boston sites People leadership: hire, train, coach, and hold Site Leaders and Assistant Site Leaders accountable Membership and revenue: wash volume, membership growth, retention, and on-site sales execution P&L ownership: labor, supplies, and site-level profitability Equipment uptime and site standards (cleanliness, speed, safety, guest experience) New-site ramp support and consistent process rollout across the region Clear reporting to ownership with weekly scorecards and action plans What we’re looking for Proven multi-unit or multi-site operations leadership (car wash, QSR, retail, hospitality, or similar) Strong people developer who builds bench strength and raises the bar on site leadership Comfortable in the business — on the lot, in the tunnel, and in the numbers Ownership mindset, high standards, and clear communication Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Greater Boston sites Compensation & benefits Starting base: $110,000 Performance bonus and profit participation 401(k) Health support Paid time off Gas card for business travel beyond a standard commute radius Job type: Full-time Schedule: Full-time; site presence and some weekends as needed for a multi-site car wash operation Pay: $110,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
