Regional Business Development Manager
At LASERTECH® Floorplans, we have an immediate opening in our team to help grow our presence in the Midwest US (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska). We will gladly entertain applications throughout the US, but we have a particular need in the Chicago region and are looking for a qualified Salesperson to grow our business and to join our team as an independent contractor. We can offer a base level retainer to help get started, after which this will be a commission-based position, so the wage is dependent on volume of direct sales. Our full-time salespeople have made in the range of $50,000-$200,000 in a given year. We're also open to considering a part-time model for those in the real estate and architecture sector looking for supplemental income. Since our inception in 1998, LASERTECH® Floorplans has measured and drawn hundreds of millions of square feet throughout the U.S., U.K., and Canada, with individual projects ranging up to 10,000,000 square feet. Our proprietary LASERTECH® Survey (LTS) software puts us in the forefront for the preparation of accurate, comprehensive, and cost efficient as-built floor plans and related products such as BOMA-compliant lease plans, reflected ceiling plans, data/electrical plans, elevations, reality captures & 3D Revit models. Our clients can be any stakeholders within the built environment, but generally are Building Owners, Architects, Interior Designers, Property Managers, & Facility Managers. This position would be well suited to someone with connections already in the building industry (Architects, Real Estate Brokers, Property managers, Facility managers, and Building owners).
