Maintain financial accuracy and ensure compliance with tax, labor, and regulatory requirements. Review financial, operational, and inventory metrics to support strategic decisions. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external business partners. Oversee office administration, IT coordination, insurance, and company assets. Support regional projects through close collaboration with various business functions. Mentor and manage the Accounting and Administration team to improve performance and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and administration, within retail or multi-site environment Strong understanding of financial reporting, payroll administration, HR operations, and regulatory compliance. Experience liaising with auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies. Proficient in accounting operations, financial controls, and ensuring data accuracy across business units. Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial and inventory data review Experience overseeing administrative functions, IT coordination, and office support CPA license is an advantage. Background in insurance coordination and asset management is an advantage Strong leadership, workforce planning, and stakeholder management skills. Maintains confidentiality and collaborates effectively across teams. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
