Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer refunds to achieve productivity metrics.
- You will put a keen eye for the computational details with a high level of accuracy in processing refunds and discounts to end customers.
- You will ensure that cases are worked on daily to meet internal service level agreements.
- You will communicate with Payment Services Provides/Billing and Refunds Manager for issues encountered.
- You will perform other related duties as assigned by the Billing and Refunds Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in Accounting
- Experience in accounts reconciliation and refunds management is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
- University degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent.
