With five experienced oral surgeons and four locations across the county, we’re proud of our long-standing relationships with the dental community and our commitment to excellent patient care. We are seeking a personable, professional, and organized Referral Relations Representative to support, strengthen and grow relationships with our referring dental offices. This individual will serve as a friendly point of contact between our oral surgery practice and the dental professionals who refer patients to us. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and representing a professional healthcare practice in the community. This position is primarily field-based, with regular visits to referring dental offices throughout Snohomish County and surrounding communities. The schedule is flexible, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will be the key liaison responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our referring dental offices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse clients and make a tangible impact on our business growth. Mileage reimbursement will be given at the current IRS rate. Responsibilities and Duties - Visit existing referring dental offices on a regular schedule to maintain strong, positive relationships. - Introduce yourself as a representative of our oral surgery practice and serve as a friendly, approachable resource for referring offices. - Answer general questions about our practice, doctors, services, referral procedures, and office processes. - Deliver appreciation gifts, promotional materials, and other items to referring offices. - Check in with office managers, dentists, and dental teams to gather feedback about their experience working with our practice. - Communicate feedback, questions, and concerns from referring offices to practice leadership. - Help resolve routine communication issues and coordinate follow-up when needed. - Keep referring offices informed about practice updates, new providers, services, and other relevant information. - Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and establish connections with potential new referral partners. - Maintain an organized schedule of office visits and document interactions, feedback, and follow-up needs. - Represent our practice professionally and positively at all times. - Perform other related outreach and relationship-building duties as needed. Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills. - Professional appearance and ability to represent a healthcare practice positively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and follow through on commitments. - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and willingness to travel to dental offices throughout Snohomish County and neighboring communities - Previous customer service, marketing, healthcare, or relationship-management experience preferred. - Dental or medical office experience is a plus but not required. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate appropriately in a healthcare environment.
