Develop repeatable deployment and configuration workflows using Ansible, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Implement platform security controls, including role-based access control, service accounts, secrets management, network policies, certificate management, and workload isolation.

Support deployments in restricted or disconnected environments, including image mirroring, private registries, dependency management, and controlled software updates.

Monitor platform availability, capacity, performance, and resource utilization; troubleshoot issues across Linux, containers, networking, storage, and AI/ML services.

Translate customer requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, operational procedures, and support documentation.

Collaborate with customer stakeholders, Red Hat personnel, and other engineering teams to resolve issues and improve platform operations.

Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and technical guidance to customer teams.

Participate in scheduled maintenance and rotational after-hours, weekend, or holiday support as required.
