Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining. Recruit doctors, nurses, technicians, paramedical, administrative and support staff. Coordinate with HODs and management for manpower requirements and interviews. Maintain recruitment MIS, vacancy tracker and hiring reports. Manage job portals, consultants, references, campus hiring and other sourcing channels. Ensure timely closure of critical and regular vacancies. Monitor recruiter performance, TAT and offer-to-joining ratio. Requirements: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience.
